Dessert: Wild berry crème brûlée with shortbread biscuits / chocolate brownie served with hazelnut fudge sauce and double cream

Platinum Sample Menu

Starter (Sharing Platter): Smoked salmon, pastrami beef, cured ham, pork and chicken liver pate, mozzarella and pesto stuffed French stick and a plum tomato, olive salad dressed with lemon and chive mayonnaise

Refresher: Apple and pear sorbet champagne

Main Course: Herefordshire roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, served with smoked paprika and garlic roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and parsnips, cauliflower and broccoli and a red wine and redcurrant gravy
