Gold Sample Menu

Starter: Roasted red pepper, sundried tomato and chorizo risotto dressed with rocket, toasted almonds and parmesan shavings

Main Course: Creamy garlic and wild mushroom stuffed chicken breast, wrapped in streaky smoked bacon served with wholegrain mustard mash, sage butter green beans, cauliflower blue cheese and a creamy tarragon and white wine sauce

Dessert: Chocolate Brownie served with Hazelnut Fudge Sauce and Double Cream

Platinum Sample Menu

Starter (Sharing Platter): Smoked salmon, Pastrami Beef, Cured Ham, Pork and Chicken Liver Pate, Mozzarella and Pesto Stuffed French Stick and a Plum Tomato, Olive Salad dressed with Lemon and Chive Mayonnaise

Main Course: Herefordshire Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, served with Smoked Paprika and Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Roasted  Honey Glazed Carrots and Parsnips, Cauliflower and Broccoli and a Red Wine and Redcurrant Gravy.

Dessert: Lemon Tart with Wild Berry Sauce and Vanilla Cream / Chocolate fudge Cheesecake with White Chocolate Sauce and Raspberry Sauce

Diamond Sample Menu

Starter: Chargrilled Asparagus with Parma ham and Hollandaise sauce, dressed with Rocket and Sundried tomatoes

Main Course: Supreme of Salmon topped with a Herb Crust, Sauteed Garlic and Chive New Potatoes, Panache of Vegetable Gratin with Cheddar and Brie, White wine and Parsley Sauce

Dessert: Apple Tart with Peach Schnapps Syrup and Pistachio Ice Cream / Eton Mess
